CCS is a leading UK provider of component processes. Our Capability List illustrates, the Gas Turbine Coatings and Processes we provide include 'flame spray' and Diffusion Coatings, Anti-corrosion and Teflon Coatings, None Destructive Testing and Weld repair. This has contributed to the expansion of our Customer base, from the UK into Europe the Middle and Far East. CCS offer gas turbine coatings and teflon turbine coatings for the majority of OEM’s including Rolls Royce, Industrial and flight RB 211, Avon, Olympus, Spey, Tay and the Trent. We are also approved by P&W to re-protect Compressor discs on both JT3D and JD8D engines. We also offer a turn key service for components on Siemens TA, TB and RT engines and on Solar engines. We have, along with Indestructible Paint Co.UK., developed bespoke protective systems. These include the K900 range of compressor coatings as alternatives to Teflon and Sermetel range of paints. Other Indestructible coating systems applied by CCS include Ipcoat, Ipal, Rockhard and the PL range.
